"My experience here at statefarm has been nothing but headache really. First of all to begin with the insurance the bill never goes down which is ridiculous due to me and my husband driving record and when I call to find out that I have been with statefarm for over the past 5 years all I’m answered with is you should be happy and so basically shut up and don’t do nothing about it. I think the guy name was Chase that I was speaking to he was very unprofessional, rude, and I can’t even fathom how he has a job here at all. He told me that he would like quote us for home insurance and my answer was if I’m paying this much for automobile then I can’t imagine how much it would be included with the home auto. I basically declined and I called couple of weeks after to see why my insurance is so high and then he was the one that answered. He said that there’s nothing he can do about it and I should be happy with what I got and it’s not even about the price at all but the tone in which he used when addressing me. I asked to speak to Alex and he said that he’s out of the office so he will schedule a call back with him after coming back from his vacation. So as I’m waiting to get a callback I don’t hear anything so I called to see what was going on and the agent named Daryl said there was no scheduled callback with Alex and Chase scheduled me with someone else deliberately. I’m not getting free insurance over here and we pay our hard earned money to pay for our vehicles so I feel like you should have a bit of respect for the customers. Everytime I ask for Alex which was the agent I typically deal with all I’m hearing is he’s out office or he’s not available to speak to which is really frustrating. I’m glad to take my business somewhere it’s valued and I would advise customers to be aware if you want to deal with this hassle."
